This sort of data profiling could also extend to real-time monitoring of employees\u2019 health, with proactive health guidance to help reduce sick leave.<br \/>\n\u201cKey to the success of organizations being able to use employee data will be developing measurable benefits for those who hand over their data and building trust through clear rules about how data is acquired, used and shared.\u201d<br \/>\n<strong>Key trends in the future world of work revealed<\/strong><br \/>\nPosing the question \u2018What will transform the way people work over the next 5 \u2013 10 years?\u2019, the report revealed technological breakthroughs topped the list,(53%), followed by:<br \/>\n\u2022 Resource scarcity and climate change &#8211; 39%<br \/>\n\u2022 Shifts in global economic power \u2013 36%<br \/>\n\u2022 Demographic shifts \u2013 33%<br \/>\n\u2022 Rapid urbanisation \u2013 26%<br \/>\n<strong>\u201cManagers need to develop a clear culture where technology works for everyone\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\nOn the vital role that technological advances are set to play in the future workforce, and what employers need to do in response to this, Bruce continued:<br \/>\n\u201cTechnology will continue to transform how we will work over the next decade. While many workers will embrace these changes, organizations need to be mindful of the potential disruption to people\u2019s lives.<br \/>\n\u201cManagers need to develop a clear culture where technology works for everyone.
