These included \u2018professional practice\u2019 and an \u2018area of degree specialism\u2019. Research indicates that both skill sets are extremely important to a number of UK firms who recruit graduates on a regular basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Top picks<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When identifying which universities to recruit from, UK HR departments acknowledged student\u2019s links with companies and their expertise in one field of competence.
